We are Edinburgh Beer Factory - an independent, family-owned brewery launched in 2015.

We're inspired by the creativity and rich brewing heritage of our home town.

Our brewing team are a young, talented bunch from the World-renowned brewing course at Heriot-Watt University.

Our muse is the Edinburgh-born "Father of Pop Art" Eduardo Paolozzi.

​

Paolozzi believed in the "sublime in the everyday", transforming mass-produced objects into works of art.
