Under normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch orders within 48hours of receiving payment.

Where do you deliver?
送到什麼地區？

We are able to cover the majority of areas in Hong Kong, excluding outlying islands.

If you are concerned just drop us an email to double check.

我們大部分地區都能夠送貨，除了偏遠地區和離島。如果有疑問可以預先透過電郵跟我們確認。

What is your return policy?
可以退貨嗎？

We do not accept returns, however if a product arrives damaged we will issue you a replacement, substitute or a partial refund.

我們不接受退貨，但是如果貨到客人手上已經受損我們會寄出一件新的貨物或代替品或部分退款。

Can I cancel my order?
我能夠取消訂單嗎？

Any order that has already been prepared and packaged can be cancelled, but may incurr a cancellation and handling fee of $50, the full amount of your order will be refunded to you minus the aforementioned fees.

Any orders that are already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

任何意見處理好和包裝好的訂單都能夠取消，可能會涉及取消費和手續費合共$50，扣除了剛剛提及的費用，剩下的貨款會全數退還給客人。

任何已經在送貨路上的訂單不能取消。

Can I pick up my order?
我可以自己提取訂單嗎？

Customers are welcome to arrange a mutual time for pick up in the Fanling, Luen Wo Hui area, in such instances there will be no delivery charge.
粉嶺聯和墟嘅街坊聯絡我哋安排一個方便大家交收嘅時間同地點，不需要支付運費。
